How our mobile service works
No more wasting time at a repair shop. You call us, we agree on the day and time, and we bring everything needed to your address: the right windshield or window, the tools and the materials.
On site we can do windshield replacement, rear window replacement, side windows and chip repair.
We come to Piatra Neamț, Roman, Târgu Neamț, Bicaz, Roznov and the rest of the county. If you prefer, you can also visit our base at Aleea Tiparului 14, Piatra Neamț.
What we need on site
- A place where the car can stay safely while we work
- Enough room to open the doors and work around the car
- Ideally a covered spot if it’s raining or snowing
- You being available at the start and at the end of the job

Is there an extra charge for coming to me?
The final price, including travel if applicable, is in the quote before we book the job. No surprise costs.
What if it rains?
Fitting windshields and rear windows needs the right conditions for the adhesive. If it’s raining hard, we work in a covered spot or reschedule.
What warranty does the fitted glass have?
Windshields, rear windows and side windows we fit come with a 2-year warranty against leaks, delamination and optical distortion.
Do I need to be there?
It’s best if you’re available at the start, to show us the car, and at the end, when we hand over the job and tell you when you can drive.
