When a company car has a cracked windshield or a broken window, every day it stands still costs you. You don’t have to send someone to a repair shop with it and wait: we bring our mobile workshop to your premises, your work site or the lot where your cars are parked.

On site we replace windshields, rear windows and side windows and repair chips on cars, SUVs and light vans of every make. Every job is invoiced to your company.

We work in Piatra Neamț, Roman, Târgu Neamț, Bicaz, Roznov and all of Neamț County, with more than 15 years of experience in auto glass.

Questions from companies

Do you invoice companies?

Yes. We issue an invoice with your company details for every job. Send us your company name and tax ID (CUI) with your quote request or when you book.

How much does a new windshield or a repair cost?

As a guide: a new windshield, fitted, costs from 600 lei, and a chip repair about 120 lei, VAT included. The exact price depends on the car and the windshield’s features – you’ll get it in your quote, before we book the job. For several cars, the quote lists the price for each one.

Do you come to our premises?

Yes. We bring our mobile workshop to your premises, your work site or the lot where your cars are parked, anywhere in Neamț County. If you prefer, the car can also come to our base in Piatra Neamț.

We have several cars. How does it work?

Send us a list with the make, model and year of each car and which glass needs work – a photo helps. We’ll quote for all of them and agree on the schedule together.

How long is the car off the road?

A chip repair takes about an hour. Fitting a windshield usually takes 1–2 hours, plus the time the adhesive needs to cure – we’ll tell you exactly when the car can leave.

How can we pay?

You can pay by card, including when we work at your premises, and we invoice your company.

What warranty does the fitted glass have?

Windshields, rear windows and side windows we fit come with a 2-year warranty against leaks, delamination and optical distortion.

    Privacy policy

    In short: we use your data to respond to your request, carry out the work and invoice it. We don’t sell it and we don’t use it for advertising.

    What data we collect

    Your name, phone number, email address (optional), car details, the location where you’d like the work done, your message, any attached photos (optional) and, if you need an invoice, your billing details – only if you send them to us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp. For spam protection, your IP address is also recorded when the form is submitted.

    Why we use it and on what legal basis

    To send you a quote, arrange the appointment and carry out the work – at your request, before entering into a contract and to perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For invoicing and accounting records – a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). The IP address recorded when you submit the form is used only to protect against spam – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). After the job, we may send you a one-off message with a link to leave a Google review – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); just tell us if you’d rather not receive it.

    Who we share it with

    We don’t sell or rent out your data. It only reaches the recipients we strictly need: the company that hosts the website, the email services through which we receive requests and, for invoices, the people who keep our accounts and public authorities where the law requires it. If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages go through the WhatsApp service. The Google Map loads only with your consent.

    How long we keep it

    We keep the data from requests for as long as needed to respond, carry out the work and handle any claims during the warranty period. Accounting documents, such as invoices, are kept for the period required by accounting law.

    Visit statistics

    We count visits and clicks on the contact buttons with our own system, without cookies. This system doesn’t store your IP address or identify you; it only keeps aggregate counts (e.g., “20 visits today”).

    Your rights

    Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. To exercise any of them, write to us at office@akycarglass.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority (www.dataprotection.ro).
